Synchronicities...

Ok, it's time to 'fess up. About a week ago I started a "secret" blog. Why do I need a secret blog you ask? Well, because I came across this and wanted to space to write about certain things that I wasn't sure I wanted everyone in my day-to-day life to know about. I'm not even sure how I lucked upon this community of writers; although I'm guessing that it might have been through this.

Well, it turns out that I don't write anything on my SECRET BLOG that I wouldn't write here. But the really amazing thing is that in a world of thousands and thousands of blogs--these people are overlapping! Maybe the good thing about starting a secret blog is that I wouldn't have realized this otherwise. Such an incredibly large world and these like-minded artists and thinkers are FINDING EACH OTHER! How amazing is that?!

What an absolutely beautiful web these strands create--a web I've followed through her and her and her and her and her and her and her and her................yeah, you get the point.

teehee! you've outed yourself! should i change the link over? i'm glad you feel safe enough to discuss this stuff in your non-secret blog. i love the synchronicities and over-lapping and general creative abundance i've been coming upon lately too...it's fantabulous. :-)

Thanks for having the courage to reveal your secret. Despite your saying that there is nothing written there that could not be read here, it is still a sign of you becoming more comfortable in sharing the pieces of yourself. That is no small accomplishment my friend!
I certainly can understand the need for a second, more anonymous blog. I often battle myself with being able to fully and freely write all that I feel due to the fears associated with the knowledge that these people, that now know me, will read these words and possibly react in ways that I am not ready to deal with. So after that long, run-on sentence, my point is that I can certainly empathize with you in this arena.
The binding threads that have formed between so many of us in the blogging world has become ever more illustrated in recent weeks. It continues to amaze me, and also to instill in me a tremendous sense of gratitude. To know that people like you are there, walking this journey with me, makes the fears less profound.
Sorry for the rambling...still a little groggy from sleep.
I'm thinking of you and wishing you were closer. Sending lots of love!!!

I love that you've been keeping a secret blog. I've been thinking of keeping one myself, not so much for secrets I'd keep from most of the folks who read me, but to give some sacred space to my dark and more smutty self, the one I wouldn't want the young children in my life to see attached to my name and the one I think might embarrass my brother, for example.

Blogging the Artists'Way sounds great, btw.

my artist's way blog is also a secret. I've thought about linking to my a.w. blog on my other blog, but I've hesitated up to now. odd that I'll let "strangers" in on my more intellectual, creative, and serious side, but not my friends. kind of like having multiple personalities. :-) your post might have helped me to 'fess up though.
